Have your eyes tested at your opticians. After the eye test the optician is by law obliged to give you signed copy of your spectacle prescription. Do not feel pressurised into making a purchase at the same optician on the same day, you are entitled to shop around. Retain the prescription and have it ready with you when you are logging on to our website.
Log on to our website. We have made this buying process as simple as possible. Click on the frame you want to buy or you can try the frames at home, with our try before you buy service. We will take you through each stage of making your spectacle purchase. You can select an anti reflection coating, if you use a lot of VDU or if you enjoy fishing you may decide to select polaroid lenses. There are helpful tips along the way. Enter your prescription details online, use the help guides (in FAQ`s) if you have any problems reading your prescription or you can call one of our customer service advisors.
Now just wait for your order to be delivered to your door via royal mail. We anticipate all orders to be dispatched within working 5 days, however, if there is any delay we will keep you well informed. Your glasses will arrive in a Simply Glasses hard protective case and microfibre cleaning cloth. All our glasses have a 14 day no quibble guarantee.
